Sign Gypsies Policies

Payment is required within 48 hours of receipt of invoice to reserve your greeting. If you are booking a rental last minute (less than 24 hours advance notice), payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

We will send you one reminder to pay your invoice. If payment is not received 48 hours after receipt of invoice, your invoice will be cancelled and the sign will not be delivered.

Please water your lawn the day before sign installation date and the day of your installation. If this is for a surprise and you are unable to water the surprise location, don't worry! We will bring footers to help assist in installation into the ground.

Each sign is custom designed by your Sign Gypsy based on the current availability of our graphics.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.

Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up or AFTER we take down the lawn greeting. You are responsible for any damage landscapers do to our signs.

PLEASE DO NOT MOW around our signs. If the grass has been visibly cut around our signs, there will be a $50.00 invoice sent to your email.

PLEASE be aware of the presence of sprinkler lines and/or invisible dog fences, especially if you are booking this sign for a yard other than your own. Sprinkler lines should be 10-12” deep into the ground. Our yard stakes are 6-8”. This is a risk you are taking. If you know of the presence of either of these, please tell us exactly where to place the sign to avoid damage. Sign Gypsies Happy Valley is not responsible for any damage caused to sprinkler lines or invisible dog fences during sign setup and removal.

Please do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, let us know and we will take care of it.

Sign Gypsies Happy Valley and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

All signs are the property of Sign Gypsies Happy Valley. You are responsible for any damage or theft while in your possession other than damage caused by extreme weather conditions.

We are an all-weather company. We set up in rain, with snow on the ground and low temperatures. However, we will not be able to deliver if there is lightning or severe hazardous weather. We try our best to mitigate weather conditions. In order to best serve you we will be in contact with you to create the best plan. If we are absolutely unable to set up your sign due to extreme weather conditions, (i.e frozen ground, persistent lightning, hail, high winds, hazardous road conditions etc.), you will receive a full refund and we will provide you proof of the refund. If we do set up the sign and hazardous weather occurs that would damage our signs/stakes or property around them, we reserve the right to pick up your greeting early with notification.

If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Greetings cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your business! We look forward to serving you!
